Joining together for this immersive experience to bring the feeling of empowerment through sound & connection.

Dedicating time to yourself & your self-care.

The practice will start with gentle breathwork, guided meditation, setting intentions before sinking into the cosmic sounds of the gong, crystal singing bowls & Koshi chimes.

Allow yourself to relax, calm your nervous system and enter a deep space of rest and restoration.

Following the sound experience there will be time to reflect & journal if you wish to.

Please feel free to bring along your own journal or we have journals available at MUSE which you can pre purchase or purchase on the evening for £5.
