Personal Goals - a visual card for you to write your top goals you are working towards. This could be for the year, for the month or even the week. Place it somewhere you will see it often to keep the goals in mind.

Rituals - I fully believe and trust in my early morning routine which is based on rituals that I carry out knowing that they start me off in the best way possible for my day ahead.
Use the visual card to write your top rituals/daily habits for a routine you want to create, which could be morning, evening, work day, seasonal ect. that you want to carry out or implement to help support you have your best day. Then place the card somewhere visible that will prompt you to complete them.
Once you have carried them out for 60+ days consistently, you may find you no longer need a visual prompt as they will become your new way of living.

Personal Affirmations - Everyday we knowingly or unknowingly tell ourselves affirmations, affirming words that embed within us. Unfortunately, more often than not, these are not positive affirmations, for example, ‘I’m so unorganised’, ‘I’m always late’ or maybe statements about our appearance.
